Mortal Kombat Arcade Edition Online Mode Fixed?

I downloaded this game from PSN awhile back and deleted it because the online was so terrible. I just downloaded it tonight, and it plays great. I guess they patched it somehow. Anyone else notice this?

I have the XBLA version and have never had issues with the online play.

Do you mean there was a bunch of lag or was something broke in the software?

There was lag and the games were ridiculously sluggish at the same time. I have a video on YouTube showing it in action. Strangely, I only experienced it in parts 2 and 3. The original MK was fine.

 

I've heard that the patch fixed it, but I've yet to try it again.

Yeah Austin said it better than I did. The lag was terrible on the PSN version. Which was really strange because Midway (prior to bankruptcy) had published MKII on the PSN by itself and it was fine.

 

The patch fixed all the problems I had with the game, but I was just wondering if anyone else had issues.
