Atari 2600 Adventure on G4 television !

Recommended Posts

Not sure how many of you have G4 the video game TV channel, but it has some good shows. Today on "Cheats" they showed the "Easter Egg" and other tricks for Adventure. Any of y'all get G4 tv ? 8)

No I don't but I wrote my cable company to carry it. Pft...like that does any good.

Really though it looks like a great channel and they show the old Starcades as well!

My buds and I asked DTV to carry it... But it'll probably take more than that :-) Who needs the lifetime movie channel anyway?

We just got G4 at the beginning of the year and I set it up to record a whole bunch of shows including Cheat.... went a little nuts, my PVR ran out of space, and I didn't end up getting the Adventure episode anyway. :P

Not a bad network but definitely stuck in rerun hell, sort of like TechTV in its first year. (Not that it's that much better now but at least they have *more* shows to rerun.)

Yeah I've seen that episode with the Adventure trick a couple of times (and they even showed it in their "Best of 2002" year end special). I've posted about it on these boards before, but it seems that no one with the ability to rip these things to an mpg or avi has G4..

...Unless of course Rob has the luck to catch it :)
