Super mario World Intrigue- Can anyone put this rom on a cart for me?

OkI already went to through all the crap and downloaded the file, weeding through all the 10 other downloads they try and get you to downlaod.

 

I currently downloaded this hack and an original mario world rom. I don't currently have an emulator to test them. I also am not quite sure how these work totally. I'm pretty sure it will be like the New super mario/mario 3 ds hack where you splice to two files together.

 

I can do all the leg work and see if I can get the file all 100 percent working. Unless you have a better understanding as this isn't really my thing.

 

I'm looking at getting this on a snes cart, I would like saves available if possible. Let me know if this is something anyone thinks can be done and price range. Thanks.
