Need help with my monitor...

I have a refurbed Ms.Pac-Man/Galaga machine (the 2005, 20-Year Reunion machine).

 

Just fired it up to play and the screen is all washed out (with a greenish hue), and some of the fonts are not displaying properly. Wondering if this is something that can be adjusted, or if it's a sign that my monitor is on its way out.

 

Since I'm not handy at all, I'm considering having someone who fixes arcade machines come and take a look...

 

Any info would be helpful.

Brian can you post a photo? Also if you know the make and model of the monitor chassis that would be awesome. It is usually on a sticker on the frame not on the tube.
