PC based sprite editor for TI99 that does not require meto load Java

I am workong with TurboForth on a new game and want to design a sprite or actually 4 sprites. Are there any PC based sprite editors that do not require me to load Java?

here is a link to my sprite editor. It lets you layer sprites and build 28 at a time. then export 1 or all the char pattererns to the clipboard.

sometimer99er, can you add "copy *from* clipboard" ? It would be nice to be able to start with a hex pattern from existing code.

I did look into that, but it's not available - directly. Not even if I supply a button for it. And it makes sense, since any web thing shouldn't have program access to your clipboard, which might contain sensitive data like passwords or something. The solution is to have an input field, and like any other web thing, you copy to the input field, and when you do that, the thing can react upon it. I would have done exactly that in my more mature multi color sprite designer, codenamed Beryl, but never got round to it. But sure, I'll move it up my list.
