'Ryan' from Dreamweb. The way his character was constructed really made my favorite game worth playing. He somehow keeps his cool even as his life falls apart. It's not often that a video game focuses so much on 'getting into the head' of a serial killer. A lot of games get labeled as murder-sims, but without a deep focus on premeditation and character development, they all fall flat. Only about a dozen people die IIRC, but the game really savors the experience. It's not about quantity.

 

I'm also a fan of Kefka Palazzo (final fantasy 3/6), and GLaDOS from portal.

Stiffy from Lock N Chase, because his name is a euphemism for "hard on" and that's funny.
