+DamonicFury #1 Posted March 6, 2012 (edited) Nearly three years after acquiring my first Atari 5200 system and games, I've completed my collection of the 69 original carts for the system! One of the many things I love about the 5200 is that such a collection is possible, and even relatively easy to achieve. Only Bounty Bob Strikes Back is really elusive, but even it is affordable compared to the holy grails for most other systems. As it turned out, Meteorites was my last acquistion, and it arrived yesterday afternoon. Beyond issues of rarity, however, I feel the 5200 has a really strong library. Yes, it's fairly small, but it contains great ports of many of the best games of the classic era. I've been immensely enjoying playing these games one by one in the HSC contests, and look forward to continuing to do so! Could not agree more in regards to having a very strong library overall. Hope you have a few good set of controllers as I am sure you are giving them a workout participating in the HSC.
