C64 bad video signal

I just bought a c64. It has some issues with the video. Some colors (especially white) flash in different colors. I already did the composite video mod, so the rf modulator is not broken. Do I have to replace capacitors?

Does the video signal generator use an external or internal dac? Also: all ceramic caps have some white oxidation on them

I will use this one for parts. Now I can finally make a SID midibox A lot of chips were damaged, so I decided that it would be better to just buy another one.
