Last Active

Just wondering why does it say "private" for some members in their profile when looking when a they were last active ,its not everyone just some.

Can the private setting be activated in our own profile.

if you mark "sign in anonymously" at the login screen, the last login is set as private.

I know who's profile you were looking at.

Prior to today, his last login was October 2011 if I remember right.
