I think there are disc swapping methods for the slim you can buy, but out of the box, it's region locked to Japan of course. Here are some pictures:

Beautiful, Daytona! That's a neat system.

 

FreeMcBoot would solve the region issue, depending on the version of the unit - - what's the model number on the sticker, out of curiosity? 7XXXX-something, I'm sure but what exactly . . . .?

Congrats! Hmm, with a 90000 FreeMcBoot might not work . . . I think compatibility stops around 90002, though, so maybe it's under the wire.

 

Moot point, though, really - - I hope the buyer enjoys it, great looking case!
