i cant flash internal SDX

hello, i cant reflash internal SDX which i have on 800xe.. (from lotharek).. i made flash connection via:

 

 

when i connect FLASH jumper, atari freeze.. when i boot ATARI with flash jumper, atari have red screen.. :/

Have you tried booting it with the lid off and fitting the jumper immediately prior to answering yes to "Flash (Y/N)?"?
