RedRaider's Sega Saturn MK-80000

I missed out on this baby during it's short life span, as I decided to jump ship and switch from Sega to Sony's PS1. Luckily I procured this very nice Sega Saturn MK-80000 from a friend of mine that was the manager of our local GameCrazy back in 2006.

Sadly it was only in the past year that I truly began to appreciate the beauty of this system. So my library is rather limited, but I am slowly building it up. Of my humble console collection, this is one of my prized possessions.

Enjoy...

I love the Saturn! It is the only system i own three of (1 us and 2 japan). You need to import as the best games never left japan. Just use one of these an action replay 4 in1

I got one of those already, bought just to play Metal Slug.

If I get time this afternoon, I'll start photographing my accessories.

Ah, the Saturn....I remember playing Daytona USA and being blown away by how great it was...and another little game called Resident Evil, which was so amazing at the time that it rekindled my love of video games almost singlehandedly! This are some fantastic pics as well, really makes it look great. Definitely a system that marked a turning point in home technology.
