New CV from garage sale today

Got this lot today for $15 at a local garage sale! I ain't complaining!

 

Everything works, except that sometimes there seems to be static if the console is on channel 3. If on channel 4, there isn't static. I'm assuming some sort of problem with the RF output. Thoughts?

 

Also, most of the games are commons, but there is one that I would like some info on: Telly Turtle. It looks like it's a bit rarer, and seems to be a CV version of LogoWriter. Does it save projects on the cartridge?

It doesn't save projects on cartridge. it does come with 3 demo programs. I've got a Youtube video showing one of the demos. The other 2 demos on the cartridge are mazes for kids to move the turtle through.

 

It's good for programming shapes and simple sound effects. It is related to SmartLOGO but is much simpler.
