Hey! So. I'm in the early-production phase of a film currently titled ATARI CHRISTMAS (set during 1982, the story is about two fourteen year-old boys: one wants an Atari 2600 for Christmas and the other longs for a girlfriend) and we're putting together a few "Atari Video Testimonials" for the August-launch of our Kickstarter promo & supplemental fund campaign. So far, we've got a number of our current and awesome ATARI CHRISTMAS partners doing video testimonials, such as author/fan/professor Roberto Dillon, programmer/former Atari employee D. Scott Williamson and historians/authors/bloggers Matt Barton & Bill Loguidice.

So what exactly is an "Atari Video Testimonial?" It's a short fan-made video about your love and memories of Atari. There are a few (but just a few) more specifics, but if this sounds like something you may be interested in, PM me and I'll send you the rest of the details.

OH AND if you'd like more info about the film, reply to this topic with your questions and I'll do my derndest to fill in the blanks.

This film sounds great. Makes me think how much I wish is was 1982 aging. Good tv video games and video arcades were become a hot deal. Going to the local hucks to play the games they had pac man and donky kong. Talking on a land line phone and playing the game at home over the phone or just getting tips. Going to the mall to look at the games they had or even kmart wal mart for that.

Now back to 2012 ugh
