videogamedomain #1 Posted July 2, 2012 Found this locally this weekend. Didnt even know it existed until the guy called and had me come check it out. Now I just gotta figure out how to put it back together. :-) If anyone has a PDF with assembly instructions it would be much appreciated. Id also trade/sell it if anyone is interested as I am more of an NES/SNES collector and I dont have room for this beast. Thanks!
random7100 #2 Posted July 2, 2012 Thats really cool and would be pretty awesome as a collection centrepiece! i presume it was used as a point of sale item in the larger stores at the time?
Rybags #3 Posted July 3, 2012 Nice. Probably worth some bucks too. Maybe contact Curt Vendell here... pretty sure he's got one of those.
videogamedomain #4 Posted July 3, 2012 The guy I bought it from said he got it in the early 80's from a closing down video game store in the area... I didnt even know we had game stores in the area then but cool to hear. I am going to test the control panel to see if it works and then put this up for offer as I honestly dont have room for it in my house. I have confirmed the 25++ yr old lit top does work. Hoping I can find it a good home. If anyone is interested feel free to shoot me an offer. I would prefer some kind of pickup on it but I will ship freight...but its big!
