Cases like this, one of two things are happening:

 

1) Seller honestly doesn't know it's a repo.

2) Seller KNOWS it's a repo and is trying to pull a fast one.

 

I always give benift of the doubt and assume #1 unless someone says it's been tried.....and then that leaves #2.

IMHO, for a hozer cart, $50.00 is still considered "trying to pull a fast one"!!!
