José Pereira #1 Posted July 26, 2012 Anyone knows if there is any place or have the C64 frames? I would like to convert them into 2:1 ratio. I have C64 Ripper from StudioX but now join the Hands/Face White with the other sprite(s) Gray of the Body it's a pain (and I am also a little bit lazy !...). Thanks. José Pereira #2 Posted July 26, 2012 (edited) O.k., I get one from NES IM2 but I am with a problem. I am at a public place with MACs that I can't save this image... Can you save the gif/png with the frames and post the screen here on the Normal AA way (showing it on a small to open window): I open and save it (this way I can save it as .png here on the local disk): http://www.nes-snes-sprites.com/ImpossibleMissionII.html Thanks. Rybags #8 Posted July 27, 2012 Not all. But a fair bit. I think I've got the animation frames somewhere but they're only screenshots cut from a C64 emulator capture. The 160 versions, essentially half an hours work. By resampling the originals and fixing a few pixels here and there does the trick. It's not such a great loss - I never had any offset tables so the animation wasn't quite right. You can't just move the guy and e.g. have the sprites left justified, the fluidity of motion doesn't match the original. As far as the game itself goes - I'm possibly going to do a VBXE "emulation" version using the C64 code, starting later in the year. This might lay the foundation for a standard HW version using the C64 code. But it might well be easier to just start from scratch.
