Which cart am I?

You're a cool dude, but not Polaris. :) Very good guess! Though maybe the clues are too tricky? Hats off to whoever gets it.

Do I say what I mean or have meaning in what I say? Sometimes I think there are clues in sentences not identified as clues...

If you guys want to give up then I say take a step back and relax. Chill and have a beer. Up here we might have a Molson Canadian, but for you guys in the USA it might all be Miller time, eh?

Is it China Syndome?

Thought processes: Key words include cold, happy times, east (so not west), and an actor. Well, there is a Chinese movie called Happy Times that has had two different actors (Zhao Benshan and Dong Jie) who played in cold-titled movies (Keep Cool and Allure Snow respectively). China Syndrome is the only cart with "China" in it. I can't explain the beer reference (Tapper too obvious? doesn't fit any other clue...).

Ice Hockey?

He shoots, he scores!!!

It's Ice Hockey. Congrats, Nathan :D

From post 919:

1) Cooper, but not Taiwan.
2) Not West on, but East on.
3) Eddie's outdoor gear.
- The first three clues are all major brands of hockey equipment. Eddie in this case is the first half of Eddie Bauer, but only the "Bauer" is important. Cooper, Easton, and Bauer. Most people got Bauer, but didn't know how to relate it.
From post 921:
4) It burns... Not.
- A reference to something opposite to burning, like freezing (ice).
From post 923:
Sorry, I got to go now as I'm watching a recap of the World Juniors. So happy Canada won!! :D
- A major hockey tournament that just finished.
From post 925:
You're getting hotter, but that's not what you want. :(
- Another reference to cold...
I'm thinking you're going in the wrong direction now. To much West on and not enough East on, eh?
- Referencing back to clue 2.
I'm way up here in the Great White North, so I can talk like this, eh? Now that I'm thinking of it, maybe directions don't matter at all, but clues do??? :ponder:
- Great White North is a reference for Canada, and Canadians have a passion for Hockey, eh? Also a hint that the directions have other meanings.
5) I am picturing an Actor, I am particularly thinking of TeleVision, or am I? He's been both Happy and Angry at times...

- This first sentence has Vision beginning with a capital to make it pop out more. Looking at the sentence you can pick out Activision, which released Ice Hockey.

- The actor I'm referencing is Adam Sandler, who was in Anger Management, and Happy Gilmore. In Happy Gilmore his character is a hockey player who takes up golfing.

From post 927:

You're a cool dude, but not Polaris. :) Very good guess! Though maybe the clues are too tricky? Hats off to whoever gets it.
- Another cold reference, and also buried in there is Hat Trick. A Hockey Hat Trick is scoring 3 goals in game. A Gordie Howe Hat Trick however is a goal, assist, and a fight.
Do I say what I mean or have meaning in what I say? Sometimes I think there are clues in sentences not identified as clues...
- Yep.

If you guys want to give up then I say take a step back and relax. Chill and have a beer. Up here we might have a Molson Canadian, but for you guys in the USA it might all be Miller time, eh?
- Yet another cold reference. Molson Canadian used to have a lot of beer commercials directly related to hockey.
- USA, and Miller are references for American programmer Alan Miller, who made Ice Hockey.
From post 929:
Not China Syndrome, and not Tapper. Even though I mentioned beer don't be fooled. I don't drink and it's not my sport. Keep searching and you'll get there, but looking here is most important of all. ;)
- My "sport" is Ice Hockey of course! Looking in this post is the first mention of sport, which I think finally gave it away.
Finally there actually is a Taiwan Cooper cart of Ice Hockey, but I steered away from it to stick to the official version. I thought it wouldn't be fair to base the answer on a pirate maybe not too many people know of. In this case however it is the same name, so I guess I could have at said "maybe Taiwan". :ponder: Maybe if I had done Koho as one of the companies...

I'll try to be a little less obscure this time.

1. Hi! A lie?

2. Could be George Clooney. Or Don Knotts.

3. Out of the blue. But not on the 2600.

I don't get the clues...

hi a lie? huh?

what could be george or don, like the game or box cover?

what's out of blue, like blue color or blue sky? the game doesn't play on 2600?

#1 is about jai alai (I think?), and #3 seems to either refer to a title (ELO and Debbie Gibson have albums named "Out of the Blue"), or maybe to the game coming in a blue box on a different system.

The jai alai reference made me think of a TRON game, e.g. Deadly Discs, but those didn't come in blue boxes on the Intellivision. Not sure about the relevance of the actors yet, though Clooney/Solaris crossed my mind too.

Not Gunsliger or Outlaw.

thegoldenband is absolutely correct about clues #1 and #3 (I'm not going to say how). So now the question is... what do the clues refer to?

Edit: It's not Tron Deadly Discs. Solaris was already guessed, but that's not what I was thinking of. However, it is still applicable.

A little more help:

2. Or Ed Harris. Or John Lithgow.

Aha, it's totally Super Breakout:

1) The cover art depicts "jai alai in space", or something like it.

2) These actors all played astronauts, as found on the cover art. (Clooney = Gravity, Lithgow = Interstellar, Bacon and Harris and Otm Shank = Apollo 13, Knotts = The Reluctant Astronaut, Eastwood = I didn't bother looking it up but I saw part of it on TV once.)

3) The Atari 5200 cart label and box are blue, but the VCS one isn't (it's orange).

Is that about right?

It HAS to be!

I had no idea Eastwood and Knotts were in space movies before. So I was thinking Bank Heist like Andy Griffith... or Kaboom! I dunno! ;)

I didn't think of the 5200 art being blue, I just think of Blue Activision lables, so I was thinking I was wrong so I didn't guess.

thegoldenband is correct - it's Super Breakout! All clues referred to the box artwork.

You're right on with clues 1 and 2. The movies I was thinking of were: Gravity, The Reluctant Astronaut, Space Cowboys, Apollo 13, The Right Stuff, 2010. Google image searches of each actor would (eventually) turn up pictures of each of them in space suits.

Clue 3 is close, but what I was going for is that the artwork on the 5200 box is reminiscent of the cover to ELO's Out of the Blue:
