I need something special.   I need to be able to Scroll ONLY CERTAIN HORIZONTAL LINES of the playfield, not the whole playfield.   I think I have a way to do it, but I want to hear all the ways that's possible, with their upsides, and downsides.   I'm using DPC+ by the way.
