This looks sweet! I like the way it looks and I LOVE the longer USB cords. Always a plus! Add the fact it's a 2-player adapter on one USB port and I see HUGE incentive to buy.

 

If I already didn't have a Vision-daptor and a RetroZone USB build I'd probably take the plunge. I could definitely see people using this for the ECS add-on. Heck I might do it just to have the 2 controllers on one port. I still don't have my USB lightgun installed because I need a USB port for that - ran out of room.
