retroillucid #1 Posted August 20, 2012 Ever wish this Arcade game was made for ColecoVision? Trow your choice (only one per user please) and maybe your game will be selected and be made for the next year! So here we go! Something doable on CV, obviously! NIAD #2 Posted August 20, 2012 Bosconian. Just kidding! I would say Robotron and use two Hand Controllers for gameplay that would be mounted in the Roller Controller.
Cebus Capucinis #3 Posted August 20, 2012 A light gun attachment for all the Exidy light gun games!
+grips03 #4 Posted August 20, 2012 Iraki Warriors, but with better graphics and control than Frontline

phattyboombatty #6 Posted August 20, 2012 This is one of my all-time favorites that I've never seen mentioned here. Thought it was just another vertical shooter when I encountered it at my local 7-Eleven as a kid growing up in central California... But the power-ups made it oh-so-different! It's a game by Taito, and I'm sure some of you may know it: Slap Fight aka Alcon.
Pumantor #7 Posted August 20, 2012 The isometrical shooter Stinger n'y Konami or Taito .I don't remember.
Yurkie #8 Posted August 20, 2012 Wild Western Controllers mounted in Roller Controller like NIAD mentioned and gun fires automaticlly in the direction the right hand (player #2) joystick is moved. Horse/player movement controlled by left joystick.

Pixelboy #11 Posted August 20, 2012 One entry per user, eh? That means you're going to throw all the suggestions in this thread into a hat and pick one at random? Otherwise, if you're looking to get some kind of consensus, you're not going to get one with a one-game-per-member rule. Anyway, here's my vote: Bag Man, just because it's never really been ported properly to a home console. (It was either that or Bubble Bobble.)
Mika73 #12 Posted August 20, 2012 Then it would be Lazarian. I am sure it would work nice as Colecovision release. Bubble Bobble is coming from Collectorvision later..
Jaynz #14 Posted August 20, 2012 For me, Centuri's Phoenix. Made all the more ironic because CV actually had the rights going before Atari swooped and made rediculous licensing offers for a bunch of the games CV was on its way to getting... (Admittedly, the 2600 version of Phoenix isn't all that bad, but I always felt it belonged on the CV.)
Cebus Capucinis #15 Posted August 20, 2012 Okay, to pick just one.... Satan's Hollow!
Zwackery #16 Posted August 20, 2012 Necessitating the use of the Super Action Contoller, I would go for...Zwackery!

Jaynz #18 Posted August 20, 2012 Bag Man... tough one. It had its charm but I always felt it was a bit artificially difficult (a maze game where you didn't have many movement options). It did have a certain charm with the sprites (evil Mario farmers!) and the sounds, though.

InfraMan #21 Posted August 20, 2012 Sega's Monaco GP for the use with Expansion Module #2... still one of my favorite driving games of all time!
ten-four #22 Posted August 20, 2012 If it is for SGM, I would prefer Super Mario Brothers or Bomb Jack. If regular: Boot Hill.

If regular: Boot Hill. Take my word... I will never make Super Mario Bros fo CV I always loved that game... But for some reasons.... I'm now too bored of that game But I know Luc was interested to make it at some point
NIAD #24 Posted August 20, 2012 (edited) Okay, to pick just one.... Satan's Hollow! Great call, that was actually my second choice. Used to play Satan's Hollow and The End at the local eatery (Happy Dawg) for hours when I was a kid. Wild Western would be another choice right up there at the top seeing as it was one of the Coleco vaporware titles and I really would love to see a game use both controllers that are mounted in the Roller Controller. I'm now too bored of that game But I know Luc was interested to make it at some point Yeah, but mostly to prove that it can be done adequately on the CV. Call it a personal holy grail of mine. Of course, I have several holy grails when it comes to CV homebrews.
