So what's the rarity on knock-offs?

I recently won an X-Man auction from Marco. It was, however, a Brazillian version by a company called Dynacom rather than the Universal Gamex one. So, what sort of rarity am I looking at on this thing? Just curious, really; I'm glad to own the game in any form.
