NE146 #26 Posted August 28, 2012 To me they're different. Because when I say I like "Star Wars" can it simply mean I like the ONE SINGLE movie called "Star Wars" from 1977? i.e. like saying I like "Apocalypse Now" or "Wall-E". Because if so I like Star Wars. However for Star Trek I like the whole series, e.g. the Star Trek universe, and it's stories. And yeah I prefer Atari over Intellivision. And why not? This is ATARI Age

BassGuitari #29 Posted August 28, 2012 Alien. As for which system I like better, "I like 'em both." Lol not an acceptable answer. Well, accept it. You must have an jnclination to one or the orther. Why? They're both awesome. I know you want me to say "Intellivision," but in a contest with Atari, it's just too close. If it were between Intellivision and, say, Colecovision or Genesis, I could give you a more committal answer. But I am a fan of Atari and Intellivision in equal measure. And that's stone cold, brother.

Chuck D. Head #32 Posted August 28, 2012 Sorry, you are just comparing apples to oranges and on top of that some days I prefer apples, other days I would rather have an apple. Right now; give me a few episodes of DS9 and a few rounds of Yar's Revenge. I will update this as needed.

+cmart604 #37 Posted August 28, 2012 Hmmmm. How does "literally everything mentioned in this thread" sound. INTV, 2600, CV, Vectrex, 7800, Star Wars, Star Trek, Firefly, BSG, and I'd add Farscape and Babylon 5 to the mix too. No need to pick between them, I enjoy them all. If you stuck a gun to my head though, I'd obviously say Intellivision and then Star Wars I guess if I get to include the current Clone Wars which my son and I enjoy watching together, as well as all the Lego Star Wars games and the Star Wars Lego itself which we play and build together respectively. AtariLeaf #47 Posted August 29, 2012 I will admit that I like the Intellivision a lot more than when I was younger. Unfortunately I gave mine away to a friend who helped me out of a jam a couple of years ago and would like to get another. I loved some of the ports like Bump and Jump, Lady Bug, Atlantis as well as my favorite - Worm Whomper.
