Mine wont power on, I believe it is the fuse that can go bad in these. The user that replied that he could fix it has a website full of things he gets done for people, and charges about what you are offering here. I would email him from his web site and go from there. I started with wanting to get my Sega CD model 1 fixed and now I'm getting my money in line for a full mod on a VCS from him as well.
