Tutankham with Arcade Controller

I loved that game, but I never could really play it like I wanted on Colecovision

with the bad position of the buttons

here with the Arcade Controller, it is just great

and I have been able to go quite far....!

Now if someone could hack the rom

to use the 3rd button for the "flash" weapon.......

I think Collectorvision should provide (for free) a set of hacked rom to support their joystick.

 

You are not the first one to ask for a hack to improve experience of a game with this arcade stick.

same thing can be done for Mouse Trap (use the 4 buttons instead of keypad)

Providing hacked roms to support the CollectorVision Arcade Controller sounds like a great idea and not only would it benefit the 30 or so odd owners of this incredible controller but also everyone that already owns a Super Action Controller... and if you don't own a SAC, they are a lot easier to acquire. While a game like Mouse Trap will be considerably easier to play AS IS (unhacked) through the use of the Arcade Controller keypad, I could see where using the larger firebuttons would make gameplay that much easier seeing as the keypad buttons are smaller in size.
