He told me about the Melody boards but when I told him him that it doesn't use any hardware advantages of the melody, he said he could use some non-melody boards to produce it. Didn't know about box production issue though. That was an option I gave to him. I don't see why the shortage of Melody boards would affect this release if it doesn't explicitly require them. Certainly there are other 32k games still in stock in the web store not affected by the PCB shortage. I'm not one to judge, but it seems Albert has been running behind with the updates. Maybe personal life got in the way? Certainly Halo 2600 is not affected by the Melody shortage either as it uses no bankswitching scheme at all. Either way, I'm glad I bought Chetiry when I did, LOL! Andromeda Stardust Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 The game is already completed, and it doesn't require any special audio or extra RAM, just 32Kbyte bankswitching. Just a standard board with 8 x 4Kbyte banks is all that's needed. Sprybug has been waiting on Albert to produce the games, whenever he decides to produce them.
