Do you think that I got a good deal?

Recommended Posts

I just found one black Darth Vader Atari 2600 console, it only 9.99 (BIN)!

The seller said, she didnt test it, beacuse didnt have power supply, but this system have very nice coditions.

But, Im not worry, beacuse I have orignal Atari power supply and joystick.

I have empty orginal Atari's box for console put in!!

Once I received it, then I will go and test it to see if it work.

I will post it here let know if my new console work.

9.99 is not a big deal?

Have look..

Not bad! Especially if you already didn't have a Vader. The decal and paint look to be in perfect shape (the paint on my systems always gets worn off).

Yeah right, I have noticed it.....I wanted to tell you, I never been owned Vader console. That is my first Darth Vader Atari 2600 system. I have Atari 2600 Jr. for many years since '86.

I look forward to get my first Darth Vader system soon!

try cleaning the cartridge contacts inside the system. they made some nice chamois on a stick for cleaning old nes carts, and that works well for me with 2600s and a little rubbing alcahol.

sometimes some hand modified paperclips can help if the little metal arms are so 'used' they arent making contact with with the cartridge. u can use the paperclip to bend the arms back...

I just wondering does Radio Shack have these equipments?? I will try to clean inside cartridge's contacts and see if console worked or not.
