Price check - Atari 7800 with 4 games

Clean & working 7800 with power supply, both joysticks and 4 games : Choplifter, Ms. Pac-Man, Pole Position II, and Food Fight.

 

How much should I ask for it? I'm a 2600 guy, so I don't need it.

No less than $40. $50-$60 seems fair...$75-$80 if you're lucky.

 

If using ebay, place it for auction with a starting bid ~$40 and let it ride. You could add a buy it now for ~$75-80.

Response will depend in part (greatly) on pictures and how "Clean" the system truly shows in them.

 

Domestic shipping is typically around ~$15.

My picture taking abilities are pretty sharp, and I always include large pictures, so hopefully that will help.

 

It'd be nice if I could get $60 out of it.

It's priceless, so you're giving someone a deal at $60. Why not offer it for $60 on the marketplace here first (if no one bites, no loss, and if they do, it means it gets a great home). If no one wants it try Game Gavel. If no one there wants it, go to eBay.

And I see you got it sold right away. I'm telling you man, go to the specialists. Start here and if that doesn't work, try Game Gavel. They take a real small cut of the sales, and the people who look there already know the right prices. Maybe try them for at least some of the other stuff you have listed there.

While I agree that you guys are definitely specialists, the 7800 that was posted as "SOLD" in that thread was one I had for sale a while ago at $50. The current one with 4 games is still available.

 

After reading your post I thought it had sold! LOL.
