To give a reference...

 

This release is a patch-job of the mostly complete proto that has been released, with the addition of the graphical level selection menu, the actual drawing of the car at the beginning of the trek, the "pre-selected optimal" load of ingredients, and sound effects.

 

The reason I say the pre-selected optimal in quotes is for two things... one a start of 7/7/7 is usually too much for a player, as the lighter you travel, the faster you move. Two, you also don't necessarily want the raft/shelter in each section, as they are rather heavy to carry, so if you don't need it, don't bring it! The shelter is usually only needed if it says odds of raining on the section is 50% or higher.

 

I may do a game play to show you on someone who knows how to play this game well... PS - Bullets shoot the way you are facing

Nice, thanks for the info. And i'm just a lousy shot. I did learn one thing, after memorizing the mountain you are climbing i found it wise to sell the raft after you don't need it anymore. I am doing a little better and was able to get to the top of the first 2 mountains. I am thinking about doing another gameplay video.
