It looks brand new and I was told that it was only taken out of the box but it was never used. The foam pad has been attached but it really does look like it has never been used. The controller looks new and the SSX3 game (which is the GH version) does not have any marks on the disc at all. Everything looks great, includes the instructions as well. Works great.
