jacobus
... with a ** command line interface ** that would allow me to add/update files in the ATR. I'd like to do some development using the PC as an editor and then compile in an emulator. Being able to add the updated file to an ATR in a batch process would make life much more enjoyable! Does anyone know of such a beast? Edited September 29, 2012 by jacobus

popmilo
I remember using MakeAtr and xboot from command line ... But only for simple converting of executable file to ATR. Don't know if they support adding and updating files in image...

atari8warez
ATADIM http://raster.infos....orpc/atadim.htm Is there a way to make this run under Win 7 (64 bit). The first dialog box displays but when I click OK the program just vanishes. The only similar utility I was able to run under Win 7 is MAKEATR, which is nice but lacks some of the features ATADIM seems to have. Drag&Drop or Sent To or reassign suffex association to AtaDIM & Double click the atr file to open.
atari8warez
Ok thanks, that did the trick, however it only supports DOS 2.x and MyDos formats, no Spartados. I should have translated the web page beforehand .. I guess it's back to MAKEATR for me.. Edited October 1, 2012 by atari8warez
ivop
Here's an MS-DOS port of xfd tools I wrote back in 95. I cannot seem to find my original Unix version online anymore. Perhaps I have a backup somewhere http://ftp.pigwa.net...tils/XFD Tools/ Edited October 1, 2012 by ivop
