segagamer99 #1 Posted October 1, 2012 Hey guys, I'm new to the forums, but I used to have a ColecoVision with very few games. Unfortunately, I sold it , but recently I ordered another system. I even pre-ordered the new SGM(I love MSX and arcade games)! What are the best games that are not so expensive? And don't say Donkey Kong(I have it for NES). Thanks!! cOLeCoHiTMan #2 Posted October 1, 2012 well you HAVE to get Donkey Kong.... its what made CV famous.. should be able to get for a buck! Zaxxon, Lady Bug, Mouse Trap, Carnival, Gorf, etc.. all should be really cheap if you are looking for loose carts

NIAD #4 Posted October 1, 2012 Check out this thread http://www.atariage....__ colecovision Pepper II for $1.75.... great game and and even better price!
Yurkie #5 Posted October 2, 2012 (edited) I was going to say Pepper II also, but NIAD beat me to it. I highly recommend buying the SD multi-cart from Atarimax. Even if you eventually get all the games, you still have the advantage of having one cart with everything on it. It is also great for trying out games to see if you like them. Here is a link. http://www.atarimax..../documentation/ A few cheap ones not mentioned Q*bert, Frogger, Donkey Kong Jr. and Space Panic Not really cheap carts, but Oil's Well, Galaxian and Mr. Do's Castle are great games to get. Edit to add Frenzy! Edited October 2, 2012 by Yurkie
SKELETOR68 #6 Posted October 2, 2012 LOL, I was also going to say PEPPER II, and LADYBUG.

Danimal Collective #9 Posted October 3, 2012 Thanks everyone! I just ordered 15 games for a great price from that thread. Oooo, don't leave us guessing, which ones?
segagamer99 #10 Posted October 3, 2012 Oooo, don't leave us guessing, which ones? Donkey Kong, DK JR., Zaxxon, Cabbage Patch Kids and Smurf(Both guilty pleasures), Ladybug, Defender, Pepper II, Space Panic, Pitfall, Venture and a few others. I really wanted Gyruss and Tutankham, both great Konami games, but they were both gone!
Zenimus #11 Posted October 3, 2012 (edited) Don't forget Frogger! It's really cheap and the Coleco version is the best. Edit: Nevermind, I see Yurkie already mentioned it. But yeah, I second it! Edited October 3, 2012 by Zenimus
SKELETOR68 #12 Posted October 3, 2012 Oooo, don't leave us guessing, which ones? I agree, What games?
Danimal Collective #13 Posted October 3, 2012 Smurf Smurf please, the Smurf game is actually pretty fun and Smurfing hard. I mean, it's hard out there for a Smurf when even a blade of grass can Smurf you up royally. All the rest of the ones you got are awesome in their own right... even Cabbage Patch
segagamer99 #14 Posted October 4, 2012 Don't forget Frogger! It's really cheap and the Coleco version is the best. Edit: Nevermind, I see Yurkie already mentioned it. But yeah, I second it! I wanted to get Frogger, but it was sold out!
NIAD #15 Posted October 4, 2012 I wanted to get Frogger, but it was sold out! If you don't have a retro videogame store in your area, Frogger is an easy one to find on eBay and a loose cart shouldn't cost more than $5-$8 shipped.
