"Unofficial" Digimon GBA games?

I know Digimon Battle Spirit I & II were made for the GBA as well as Digimon Racing but I have never heard of these Digimon games until tonight:

 

DIgimon Sapphire (a platformer) -

Digimon Rury (I am sure it's supposed to be Ruby) (an RPG) -

I did a search and from what I can tell is that they originated in China. Anybody ever played or heard of these or anything similar?
