mao17600.bin (?)

I'm going through my bins that I downloaded when I got PCAE a long time ago, and there's this ROM file called mao17600.bin. It doesn't really work. Does anyone know if this is anything at all, or if this is just garbage that I should throw away?

I'm not sure, and too lazy to research at the mo, but isn't that the part number for one of the diagnostic carts?
