Rabbit 2600
I'm at the fire area just below level 11 and I have no idea how to get past it, I've collected the sword in the stone, a bunch of keys that I have no idea what they do and the maiden. How do you progress from this place?

The ending is cute too. I usually can beat it on a good day. Edited October 11, 2012 by Bentley Bear!
gorfcadet
I still play that game a few times a month! Tap against walls to look for fake walls on each level after 4 IIRC. The fake walls don't move, but the items needed to get past the fire do move each game. The dragon's tooth, a chalice, and the sword move around as well as the princess herself. Save the sword's special attacks for the black knight or what comes aft the fire. Good luck! Get both endings for fun!
Skud
The other thread says read the readme file so you don't get frustrated, dunno if that's anything to do with what you're experiencing though
StanJr
http://www.electricfrankfurter.com/2010/07/closer-look-9.html Toot-toot-toot on my own horn. Here is a complete strategy guide for Dungeon. What a great game!
+Gemintronic
I keep trying to play this game without reading any instructions. Needless to say progress has been slow and frustrating.
Rabbit 2600
Ahh, secret items - neat! This is one of the best games I played for the Atari 2600, I play this game atleast once a day. And some day, I will beat it now that I know how!
