voltron #29 Posted October 24, 2012 I noticed this, is this an... unreleased game? im not at the silo, So I dont really know what it does. It was picked up for me as a lot of intv stuff and this was in there along with other loose carts.
pimpmaul69 #30 Posted October 24, 2012 I noticed this, is this an... unreleased game? "The game board used for Stonix through the Activision games allowed 4 games to be programmed on it. All this person did was modify the cart shell with switches and tied the switches into the game board."
pimpmaul69 #31 Posted October 24, 2012 eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250931842179 4-TRIS, Stonix, Minehunter and Same Game Robots
pimpmaul69 #32 Posted October 24, 2012 (edited) Roger made the cart and he also made the catalog. What does the catalog say about it? Initial testing of all the games starts off on an emulator. When almost done, they were then tested on the Intellicart / CC3. They were never tested on the "golden boy". I know because I tested every game except 4-Tris. I would say that there are over 800 of these. Anyone that owns one of the Inteligentivsion games from 2004-2005 can make a similar cart. I do not know what other games are on the Space Patrol cart. Same for the League of Light and Robot Rubble carts. edit: i am just copying and pasting. i did nothing stated here Edited October 24, 2012 by pimpmaul69

voltron #39 Posted October 25, 2012 Ok there was a catalog hidden in there. it says four games in the test cart, and the back has three lables one for stonix, minuhunter and same games and robots. There is a fourth game in there. It says the cart was made for program testers
voltron #40 Posted October 25, 2012 yeah looks like voltron just got 4 free homebrews. i guess anyone with the 2004-2005 carts can have 4 games as well does that mean the 2004 carts have all four games already in it? Or that it has one game but capacity to hold four.
pimpmaul69 #41 Posted October 25, 2012 does that mean the 2004 carts have all four games already in it? Or that it has one game but capacity to hold four. i believe they are all on there
voltron #42 Posted October 25, 2012 i believe they are all on there Now I wanna find those 2004 2005 games
JasonlikesINTV #43 Posted October 26, 2012 I was under the impression that all four were on the cart and by switching the switches, you could choose different games. That is a great find! I've only seen one in the last year and it was UtahMountainRose's. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250931842179
JasonlikesINTV #44 Posted October 26, 2012 Look on p.22 on the Intellivision Games Checklist

I've only seen one in the last year and it was UtahMountainRose's. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250931842179 This one has the four games depending on how you set the switches. But I was referring to the regular games that were sold without switches.
voltron #46 Posted October 26, 2012 im missing a lot of stuff according to that book. The book has it listed as ux but seems like everyone is saying that there about 800 of them, so i cant be to rare. maybe more like ER
JasonlikesINTV #47 Posted October 26, 2012 I saw that too. 800 seems like a lot of carts to send out just for testing purposes.
voltron #48 Posted October 26, 2012 I saw that too. 800 seems like a lot of carts to send out just for testing purposes. I was thinking that too. I wonder if its 800 cart with out the switch. I wonder then how many were made with the switches
voltron #49 Posted October 26, 2012 Ok this is just an inference. The catalog says the following "This test cart intended for use with intelligentvision program testers and not to be used for sale, or for the general public. This game cart has been produced for testing purposes only" Assuming the above premise to be true, then I say that reason tells me 800 is not a viable number. and 100 also seems too high, since it was not created for the general public. So I have to conclude that they created only enough for the program testers. So how many program tester would be use? It can not be a high number. In the back of the catalog there is a list of team members on the project. And it list only five names. So I would have to Guesstimate that only 5 of these devices with the switches were made. If this is true then page 22 of that book is correct and it is UX. Where is inspector Rev?
