A little bit of trivia for the history books, I seem to recall having played the game at JR's house back in 1996. Along with Aquaventure as well.

It's hard to remember much about it because at the time, he was showing me the most unique games in his collection, some which I had never seen or heard of, so I really had no idea the significance of Birhday Mania at the time.

Well from what I gather and IIRC from reading this thread, all of the code came from the patent office so really anyone could do the same thing Waggie did if they really wanted to.

I thought Waggie reached out to the original author and got his consent/permission as well.
