+thegoldenband #3 Posted November 4, 2012 Great stuff! But I have to admit I'm disappointed that the wonderful company name is a red herring. One can imagine a whole alternate history: a tie-in musical game starring Fred Schneider of the B-52's, a fashion-based adventure game ("Acquired Scarf - 500 points!"), a festive shmup called Rainbow Invaders... (Oh wait, I think we already have one of those. )
pangasinan #4 Posted November 5, 2012 So the address on the Air Raid manual is the same address as Mena Toys,is this correct?

Thomas Jentzsch #6 Posted November 5, 2012 So the address on the Air Raid manual is the same address as Mena Toys,is this correct? No, it's the address of "Mena's Jewelry" (1702), the one left of "Mena Toy's" (1704).

You don't use any ad blockers, do you? Also I suggest a using plugin like Ghostery, which prevents tracking very effectively. +thegoldenband #12 Posted November 5, 2012 "In the 1930s Burns and Allen adopted two children, Sandra Jean and Ronald Jon, after discovering they could not conceive their own." I guess the Wikipedia article needs updating, since they clearly had a daughter, and she has her father's...well, everything!

BassGuitari #15 Posted November 5, 2012 (edited) That's what happens when you marry em. That's why God gave us liquor. And divorce. In fairness to women, it's not like our guts get any smaller after we bust the ring out, either. Edited November 5, 2012 by BassGuitari

+Atari_Warlord #18 Posted November 5, 2012 I dropped the letter in the mail. It usually takes a few weeks to a month before I hear back. I give them all of my contact information, so they can choose what they are comfortable with and it helps build some trust if they want to look me up and see I'm not trying to scam them. +Atari_Warlord #20 Posted November 5, 2012 I'm definitely not bringing that up, although it might explain why the boxed copies cost so much. A prize in every box!
