IntellivisionDude #4 Posted November 8, 2012 Something else i should of added to my wish list in Box Protectors for my Intellivision boxes. I'm kind of up in the air about them. How bad do i want to protect my boxes. Is it that important to me. It's not that i think my boxes will ever get damaged on my shelf. But i guess they would be cool. They are not too pricey. Maybe $1 a piece? But since i have 99 boxed games plus homebrews were looking at a little over $100. Seems like a lot just for some plastic. lol

They were $0.80 each http://www.videogame.../intellivision/ Nice thing is that you can buy as many or as few as you want and you can mix and match. Shipping is as follows: $5.15 (up to 50) $10.50 (51-100) 100 of them would run you $90.50 I like a tighter fit, so the short boxes work for most games. Imagic is a snug fit in the short, but fits nicely. Here's Fathom in one: Here are some of my homebrews in shorts: You will need the talls for the gatefolds. They were out of stock when I ordered, so I haven't tried them yet. They have some pics on their site, though. The only downside is that they are wide. 12 games is typically around 11" on a shelf. 12 games in box protectors takes up 13.75". Seems small per game, but 100 games boxed in the protectors takes up as much room as 125 without. Edited November 8, 2012 by JasonlikesINTV

I'll be ordering more (for some of the Gatefolds) soon.
