Tandy CM-2 monitor - Atari 800XL compatible?!?

Doubt it - it's RGB. Might work with VBXE though if it's 16 KHz capable.

 

The Commodore 1084S allows composite & S-Video as well as RGB so works on the Atari, but I've not heard of other common brands that do the same.

Not unless you have a VBXE or other type of RGB interface, the CM2 is an RGB only monitor. It has no composite/s-video inputs.

16 KHz capable RGB monitors are getting scarce, it's well worth picking up if you can find a use for it.

He has a Tandy 1000 keyboard too... $15 for both.

It will make a great monitor for an ST or Jaguar.
