PeculiarSatyr #1 Posted December 1, 2012 So my 15 year old CRT computer monitor seems to be approaching its death. Screen takes forever to warm up and the colors are all jacked up. Just thought I'd check if anyone here had something they'd let go of for some cash before I look elsewhere. If anyone has something let me know! amiman99 #2 Posted December 1, 2012 Shipping is a killer, so go to your local Goodwill / thrift Store and they should have some for less the $20.

icemanxp300 #4 Posted December 1, 2012 Check craigslist. I managed to get a dell 19" lcd new for $25 back in June when I decided to fix my old pc up and give it to my day to use. The screen was still wrapped in plastic and came w/plugs. I think what happened someone bought new pcs for the office and the monitors came w/the set-ups and they didn't want them and sold them cheap. The guy had more as well. Videogamecollector123 #6 Posted December 1, 2012 If you can settle for a CRT, then just go down to Goodwill. The one near me has at least five for 15 bucks each.
JohnnyBlaze #7 Posted December 4, 2012 If you live near NJ or know someone there, I can have them pick up my old CRT monitor for free. We have an old Pentium III that we were just planning to junk, so if anyone wants them, be our guests.
Deteacher #8 Posted December 13, 2012 I have two 17" LCD monitors and a 19" CRT monitor. I live in Newark, DE. If you're close you can take your pick for free.
