Pixelboy #1 Posted December 3, 2012 During my daily peruse of ColecoVision stuff on eBay, I came across an auction for the game "]http://boardgamegeek...stop-thief] Stop Thief[/url], and just looking at the included electronic keypad gadget, I immediately thought it would make a great candidate for a ColecoVision game. There's also http://boardgamegeek...ania]Electronic Arcade Mania[/url] which looks like another interesting candidate. Can you suggest other boardgames (especially obscure ones, and not necessarily with electronic accessories) that would make cool ColecoVision games? EDIT: Seems like the AA forum software has a problem with url tags...

cimerians #9 Posted December 4, 2012 (edited) Apple II got it why not the Colecovision? Colecovision presents DUNGEON! Actually I was planning on doing this game on Windows using some gamemaker tools. Love to see this on CV. It's a rogue-like board game. +pboland #12 Posted December 4, 2012 Star Wars Electronic Battle Command Game or Intercept: The Electronic Search and Destroy Game Don't know if these game are really any good but I thought they looked kind of cool.
Pixelboy #13 Posted December 4, 2012 Among my favorite boardgames, there's Survive! and Scotland Yard, both of which would make great CV games. I suppose The Game of Life would also be interesting to play on a TV screen.

ed1475 #15 Posted December 4, 2012 (edited) Coleco's handheld "Electronic Quarterback" would be a cool CV mini-game. I would program this myself if I knew anything about programming. The CV cartridge Brain Strainers has a game called "Follow the Leader" which is basically the electronic game "Simon" ported to the CV. Pixelboy #17 Posted December 4, 2012 I would go for Telstar Collection instead Luc, hear that? Yes, I can read between the lines. Perhaps it's something I could do with BasicVision one day. Oh, and Monopoly in video game form has been done to death, by the way.
LynxVGL #18 Posted December 4, 2012 Dark Tower, man... A GREAT fantasy RPG-ish game for the 80's. Didn't Coleco have a relationship with Milton Bradely too?

misspent_youth #21 Posted December 4, 2012 Kinda cheating, but I can combine two favorites from my childhood - CV and CHiPs. http://boardgamegeek...ame/13227/chips Definitely appeals to an older crowd, but lots of us CV fans are of an age. Bonus, I don't think there's been a game about it. Drawback: tv shows protect themselves and their copyrights pretty zealously.
+grips03 #22 Posted December 5, 2012 Risk ? that would be an awesome 2 player game
