Most collectors here will already have it, and those who don't will also prefer to find one boxed. In my opinion, it's unprofessional and impolite. We should all take the example of, for instance, NintendoAge.com's Marketplace - - a zero-tolerance on "spoiling" and thread-crapping. Very professional, and as a result, incredibly high-traffic there. He can ask whatever he wants for his cartridge. Either it will sell, or it won't, and he'll adjust his price accordingly or move on. Don't agree with a price, or don't want to buy something from someone? Click the "back" button on your browser and move on to the next thread! No need to comment on his sale. Just my two cents, not calling you two out in particular, I think you're both excellent long-time contributing members of AtariAge, but I thought I would take the opportunity to point out that *as a community*, we have become somewhat impolite! By all means, I wish him the best in his efforts to sell his games (and indeed would encourage him to sell as much as possible here on AA!). But I also would hate for his thread to spin off the front page having never gotten a hit and leave him thinking that there just wasn't any demand. I agree we need to be civil and avoid stooping to the level of acerbic or condescending comments (both of which are far more the exception than the rule here on AA, IMO). If someone wants to suggest a lower price because its closer to its actual value, whats the harm in that? Ignoring someone instead of helping them is silly. Mostly all gaming sites I belong to, people like to grab nes games for a few bucks and the ones worth any profit should try to be gained on ebay or amazon, especially this title as,although a great title, a common one... A quick search on eBay's completed listings shows that it sells pretty consistently for $15 to $20. It's probably too steep for us, but we usually hook each other up. Anyway $12 is not offensively high by any stretch of the imagination. 2. If he is here to sell, so what?
