Interest Check: Neo Geo AES with Phantom-1 and games

Recommended Posts

Hello all, decided I must part with my Neo Geo collection. I have an AES with all the cords and two joysticks, Plus a Phantom 1 converter to play MVS games on the AES. I have a few AES games, KOF 94, and a few of the original Fatal Furies. MVS games are Metal Slug, Real Bout Fatal Fury 2, Blazing Star, and Rage of the Dragons. I was thinking in the neighborhood of 550 shipped, but I'm open to offers. haven't gotten around to taking pics yet, will post them up as soon as someone seems interested.

EDIT

Alright, I guess I'm going to split this up. Blazing Star and KOF 94 are spoken for at the moment, I'm gonna start pricing stuff through out the day. Feel free to shoot me offers on anything your interested in before then.

I'd love to see some pics. What serial # is the AES?

Thanks,

Chris

Serial number is 213293. The system is Japanese I believe, being that every game i play is in kanji. I also have a broken AES through a strange chain of events that has the serial 081845, if lower numbers is your kind of thing. Pics inbound, got caught up between clearing out the blizzard and playing through Metal slug one more time.

Here's some pics. The last two are side shots of the Phantom one, The pin connectors are very tight and prone to damage on the ends as shown in the pic. I guess this is a pretty common problem as I've seen this in several other auctions for this thing. As you can see in the top pic, it still works fine.

how mouch is the broken aes

thanks

Hadn't really given it much thought, planned on just throwing it in with the lot. I saw one just get 75 on ebay, witch I though was a bit rediculous. Are there common problems with them that are easy to fix? Since there is no power light, I'm not really sure what is wrong with it. I know my cords all work, since they work with my original neo.

Want this so bad, but having just bought a Neo Geo X Gold Limited bundle, there's no way in the world I could slip this past the wife. :)
