Different Midnight Magic Label

Have you ever seen one with BLACK lettering?

The other thing (I just noticed for the first time) is that Pole Position and Sprint Master use the same image on the label!

Maybe someone has only use an black pen, and color it itself.

 

I know only this Lable error, which is maybe only released as PAL version:

the black text midnight magic is an NTSC label variation. you don't see it very often, so my guess is that was the first label version released, then they changed to the white letters. there is a 1986 copyright on both the black & white versions and both appear in the sliding pcb protector cartridges. after a while, atari switched to the 7800 style open end cartridge for midnight magic with the white letter version label.

I've got two different Midnight Magic myself, but as far as I knew the only differences were (1.) The copyright dates and (2.) The end label text was a little bigger on one than the other. 1986 and 1988.

I have found and won the bid of black text letters with red label with instructions as well! This is 1986 copyright!

He is correct, beacuse this the black text midnight magic is seem rare, and didnt show up very often.

 

I got a great find! but bit pricey (over spent, oh well)
