does putting stuff like this on my PSvita void my warranty?

so i saw how people downloaded an app that lets you controll your computer on your PSvita and i wanted to do that but would that void my warranty if it breaks even if i delete it?(i know this question is sorta dumb)

Is the download available over PSN? Does it require jailbreaking?

I read online somewhere that homebrews won't void your warranty since it's on your memory card,is that true?

Sony has always taken a hard stance on using your bought-and-paid for device how you choose.If fear of banning isn't enough they resort to forced firmware updates. If firmware updates aren't enough they actually ban people. Thus goes the game.

 

This is why no new Sony console for me.
