Atari 2600 Vanguard Boxed Rare?!?!?!?

Is a complete boxed Vanguard with manual rare? I noticed that someone was selling one for $50 and was wondering if this could be true. I know it's a common game, but is the box rarer?? Just curious.

complete is always rarer than loose, but vanguard definately doesnt fit the 'rare' category, complete or not.

Yeah, that guy is just overpricing it. Vanguard is a good game, but not worth that much.

 

Wasn't O'Sheas selling them new at one point?

The games they were selling but aren't any more read sold out. I don't see Vanguard on that list.

yea a lot of these games existed literally in the millions and were sold new for .85cents each, then $2, then $5 if that tells you anything

I have Atari 2600 Vanguard (complete in box). Well, that is not really rare most of time loose cartridge of Vanguard, but complete in box seem just a bit rare, not mean hard to find.

Are you guys talking about the Atari siver box Vanquard?? I have a sealed copy of that game in my collection and I only paid $5.00 for it last year.
