Atari Mega 4 With Monitor and Keyboard

Hi there,

 

I was just wondering if any of you Atari experts would be able to help me out? I have two Atari Mega 4 models along with the original Monitor and Keyboard (all in original box) that I am looking to sell soon. They have been used in a recording studio environment and we have owned them from new. Everything works as it should, and they come with Sound Cards (though I don't know which model)

 

I was wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark estimate of what they may be worth. I do not have pictures just yet. They are sligtly yellowed after all these years (nothing excessive) but have been kept in good condition.

Depending on the monitor and the weight it might not be worth selling due to shipping costs

I think you should sell the monitors separately. Those of us in the hobby might be looking for a monitor but not need a Mega 4.

Or, of course, the other way around.

 

That is why ebay bundle auctions kill me. I see a JVC SC1224 monitor with a system. I'd probably buy the monitor if it was on its own.

But can't justify paying more for a 1040stf i dont need.... as an example of course.

Pictures would be nice, indeed.

If possible try to find out which soundcards are fitted, and if not certain, list the auto-folder programs, which might hint some user to the models used.

Hi again. Here are a few pics of the Atari’s. Yes we do have keyboards, two at the moment. I didn’t manage to get a picture of the monitors yet, but these will follow next week. Megafile 30 and mega 4’s both come in original box with packaging as do the monitors!

Too bad it's UK...... If it was US I'd be on it in a heartbeat, but alas.... Having to switch out to US power supplies, US TOS, and then the keyboards... Just not worth it for me.

By the way @JonB thanks very much for posting your auction here. It shows us how much they can fetch. Considering ours goes with the original box and manuels we would obviously be looking for over this winning bid price seen here. So feel free to msg us an offer.

All of these come boxed with orginal manuels. For combined postage it would probably be cheaper but we would have to caluclate.
