Wico Command Control 3 way?

Somebody was looking for one recently. I got outbid on one with a box just a few minutes ago. So I found another.

The box is of a 3 way command but the stick is a regular and not 3 way looks like. Or is it?? I noticed the other 3 way right under the stick shaft has lines around the circle like a pizza or sun if you will. The regular stick has short little lines like snow flakes almost. Is there any way to verify this?? Or did they all look alike and that is a 3 way in the box just missing the attachments.
