Where to find chip for Saturn?

Not too keen on spending about $200 per game on eBay, and since Sega and 3rd party software companies quit making Saturn games over a decade ago, the only way I could play a few of those games is to download and burn em to CD-R. But finding the right mod is like finding hen with teeth.

 

My Saturn has 21 pin cable and 32 pin chip on drive board. Seems like SSIC8B might be the best but I'd take any that I can get. If possible one that doesn't cost $40+
